Chris has been active in commercial real estate since 1982. As Chief Executive Officer for NAI Eagle, Chris manages and coaches the team of Brokers and Property Managers in the firm. He is the past President of Property Resources which was sold to CBRE in 1997, becoming Managing Director and Senior Vice President at CBRE. He has a wide range of experience and has completed over 900 leasing and sales transactions totaling over 5.5 million square feet. Clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies and locally owned businesses.

Scope of Experience:
Kyle’s background provides him with a unique perspective on corporate real estate solutions when advising clients on their overall real estate strategies and portfolio positioning campaigns. Prior to NAI Eagle, Kyle was the Regional Director of Real Estate for Regus in the Mid-Atlantic where he was responsible for all aspects of the organization’s real estate strategy and initiatives throughout Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. Before Regus, Kyle was a Leasing Director at PS Business Parks where he managed the Leasing of a 1 million square foot portfolio of office and flex properties in Northern Virginia. Kyle has performed over 600,000 square feet of lease transactions, totaling more than $250 million in aggregate lease values.

Lewis has a wide range of experience assisting retail clients with site selection and land assemblages and industrial clients with the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. He has completed transactions with Forest City, Lowe’s, Choice Hotels, Capital Automotive, Old Dominion Insulation, HON Industries, and Dominion Realty Partners. Lewis entered the commercial real estate business in 2005 with Harrison and Bates, Inc. as an associate.

From 2012-2015 Jessie served as a New Homes Sales Agent for Eagle Construction. Jessie has transitioned from her position with Eagle Construction to her current role as Marketing Coordinator for NAI EAGLE. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating all marketing materials, gathering and assembling market research for specific properties, coordinating customer and networking events, and assisting the Managing Director. For 9 years Jessie was involved in Property Management with UDR. During her time there, she was responsible for the marketing efforts of multi-family rental communities, coordinating lease renewals, establishing yearly budgets, collecting rental payments, and employee management. She also maintained work orders and responded to tenant maintenance issues.

Lee has been in property management for 20 years and has experience in all aspects of facilities management including, but not limited to site remodeling, lease negotiations, facilities maintenance, contract negotiations, vendor management and budgeting. Prior to joining NAI Eagle, Lee operated a team of property managers who managed a portfolio of 400 Mid-Atlantic regional banking branches and operation centers consisting of over 2M square-feet of property. She joined NAI Eagle in 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of the property management team, including building new property management business in the state of Virginia.

Pattie has over 7 years of Facilities and Property Management experience. Supporting six remote Property Managers; handling their purchasing and many other duties. Assisting and Managing re-stacks, buildout projects and vendor management. Pattie also managed the accurate collection of all contracts and Insurance certificates making sure all were kept current. Consolidation annual evacuation drills working with department to ensure accurate and implementation of plan. Ensuring all facilities were fully equipped in case of remote disaster. Making sure that recovery site was always ready for occupancy and assisted with annual testing.

Scope of Experience:
Carey has responsibility for NAI Eagle accounting in addition to his role as Controller for Markel|Eagle Partners, LLC. He transferred to Richmond with Ethyl Corporation and later worked in financial management positions at Cadmus Communications, J.W. Fergusson & Sons, and Hohner. Prior to his current position, Carey served as Controller for Tascon Group, an age-targeted residential real estate development firm located in the Richmond area.
